Schedule of Events

We've handcrafted what we hope to be your perfect mini-camp reunion experience. 

Camp Nicolet has always been a place for you to be the truest version of yourself and we encourage you to join us in a number of fun open activities and planned events. Should you have any questions about what's on the schedule please feel free to send an email over to chloestarzevents@gmail.com. 

Wednesday, August 14th

2:00p - Alumni begin to arrive

Check in at Forest Lodge for registration and welcome packet. Move into assigned cabin and enjoy being back at camp!

 

5:00p - Welcome Mixer and Happy Hour!

We invite you to join your fellow Nicolet Ladies on the Dining Hall porch (weather

permitting) for a welcome cocktail to start the festivities! Beverages will be provided.*Please wear your name tags with the years you were at camp.

 

6:00p - Flag Lowering (Nicolet Staff) & Dinner

 

6:45p - Alumni Events Presentation

We will present the events schedule, "Happy Camper Guidelines" and other important information

 

7:45p - Campfire (Council Ring)

For our campfire song list we are asking each cabin to pick a favorite song or two and drop it off with Katy Eagen at dinner. We'd also love for each cabin if they are interested to prepare a short skit to present at campfire based on your favorite camp tradition. 

 

9:00p - Post Campfire Snacks (Dining Hall) 

 

10:00p - “Quiet Time”

During quiet time we ask that everyone is respectful of their fellow Nicolet ladies for a good night sleep to take on Thursday's awesome activities!

*For the safety of our happy campers there will be no waterfront activities permitted after sunset 

Thursday, August 15th

7:30a - Early-Bird Coffee

Coffee will be available in the Dining Hall for the “Early Birds”

 

8:00a - Flag Raising (cabin assigned) and Breakfast

Please come to breakfast prepared to inform Talent Show Committee of your act for the evening. Pop over to the table and sign up your act, please also let them know if any technology or setup will be needed. 

 

9:30 - 11:30a - Open Activities 

Horseback Riding, Water Skiing, Tennis, Archery, Trampball, Smallcraft, Hiking

 

12:00p - OPTIONAL: Tiger's Tale Canoe/Sailing Adventure 

For those who are interested we will be canoeing off to Tiger's Tale for a picnic lunch (wind permitting) 

 

12:30p - Lunch at Tiger’s Tail or Buffet Lunch in the Dining Hall

If Tiger's Tale isn't up your alley a buffet lunch will be served as usual in the Dining Hall 

 

2:30p - Open Activities:

Horseback Riding, Water Skiing, Tennis/Pickelball, Smallcraft, Swimming

5:30p - Decades themed Happy Hour

Meet your friends and fellow campers on the Dining Hall porch for a decades themed happy hour. We encourage you to wear something reflective of the decade you first started coming to camp or some of your favorite throwback Camp Nicolet gear. *Beverages will be provided.

 

6:00p - Flag Lowering (cabin assigned) Dinner

6:45p - Throwback Fashion Show (Dining Hall) 

 

7:30p - Alumni/Staff Talent Show (Little Theatre) 

 

9:00p - Nicolet Trivia Contest and Snacks (Dining Hall) 

 

10:00p - “Quiet Time”

Friday, August 16th 

7:30a - Early-Bird Coffee

Coffee will be served for any "Early Birds" 

 

8:00a - Flag Raising (cabin assigned) and Breakfast

Please be prepared to sign up for the staff tennis and pickle ball tournaments

8:45a - Capers

Cabins will be checked per Nicolet capers regulations and Caper Plaque and prizes will be awarded at Banquet for the cleanest cabin

 

9:30a - Open Activities:

Smallcraft, Water Skiing, Horseback Riding, Tennis/Pickelball

 

12:30p - Lunch (draw table #s)

We know you love your pals, but one of the best parts of camp remains today that you have the chance to get to meet new lifelong friends. Strike up some conversation with your new table mates and enjoy lunch! 

 

2:30p - Alumni/Staff Tennis Tournament and Pickelball Tournament, Kickball game,

  Open Smallcraft and beach time

Silent Auction opens for bidding - Forest Lodge

Prizes will be awarded for tournament winners at Final Banquet  

 

4:45p - Alumni group photo in front of Forest Lodge

Please feel free to come as you are 

 

5:15p - Champagne Reception and Silent Auction (will close at 5:50p)

Attire: The Champagne Reception, Silent Auction and Final Banquet are a wonderful opportunity to get a little "spruced up" for a final, classy celebration to honor the wonderful tradition of Nicolet's 75 years. 

 

6:30p - Flag Lowering (alumni & planning committee) 75th Anniversary Banquet

 

7:45p - Introduction, Songs, Awards, Future Decades, Media Presentation

 

9:00p - Burning of the “N” - Fireworks

 

10:00 - “Quiet Time”

Saturday, August 17th 

7:30a - Early-Bird Coffee

Coffee will be served for any "Early Birds" 

 

9:25a - Flag Raising (cabin assigned) and Breakfast

Please be prepared to sign up for the staff tennis and pickle ball tournaments

9:30-10:30a - Brunch 

Brunch will be served in the dining hall to fuel up before hitting the road

 

12:00p - I got the blues....until 2024! Time to Depart
